Ordering and delivery
Can I order now?
Not yet. You can design your model and try the checkout, but no payment is taken and nothing ships. Write to us to hear when orders open.
How long does it take?
Each model is made to order and ships within 3 business days. Tracked delivery then takes about 1–3 business days within Croatia and 3–7 business days to other EU countries.
Where do you ship, and what does it cost?
To all 27 EU countries. Shipping is included in the price.
Can it go straight to the person I'm giving it to?
Yes. Once orders open, you enter their delivery address at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of ordering: email us and we'll change or cancel it at no cost. After that, your model may already be printing. Our email address is at the bottom of every page.
Can I return it?
Each model is made to your design, so the EU's 14-day right to cancel doesn't apply and it can't be returned because you changed your mind. If it arrives damaged or faulty, email us a photo within 14 days and we'll reprint it or refund you. Your legal rights for faulty goods stay the same.
Do you make other sizes?
Not on the site yet. Write to us and we'll see what we can do.
The model
What is it made of?
The model is matte PLA, a plant-based plastic. The frame is a wooden shadow box with a clear acrylic front, deep enough for the tallest buildings.
What colors can I choose?
Two looks: Classic, in four soft colors, and Paper, all ivory. Frames come in black, white or natural oak.
How detailed is it?
It depends on the area and the size. Tiny details are simplified so they print cleanly, and building heights are estimated where the map doesn't have them.
Is the 3D preview exactly what I'll get?
The shape, yes. Colors on screen are close but can look slightly different from the printed materials.
What if my area has few buildings?
The model will be mostly flat, with roads and water still shown. Try including more of the town.
Can it show the sea or the coast?
Yes. The sea, lakes, rivers and canals are all shown as water.
Does it show the place as it was years ago?
No, it shows the place as it is mapped today.
Your design
Can I add names or a date?
Yes: an optional caption of up to 60 characters, printed on the mat. The coordinates are added for you.
Can I save or share my design?
Yes. "Copy link" saves everything about your design, so you can come back to it or send it to someone.
Which size should I choose?
Medium is our classic gift size. Small suits a desk or a shelf, and Large is a statement piece for the wall.
Privacy and data
Do you keep the addresses I search for?
No. Searches go only to the map search service and are never stored by us.
Do you use cookies or track me?
No cookies. We only count visits anonymously.
