This site uses no cookies and stores nothing about you in your browser. It doesn't ask for your name or address, and we keep no logs of your visits.
Who is responsible
The seller named in the legal notice is responsible for the data this site processes. Write to us at streetscaper@vpavkovic.com.
Services this site uses
- Hosting: Amazon Web Services. The pages and files come from Amazon CloudFront. Like any web server, it receives your IP address and browser details to send you the pages. Its access logs are turned off.
- Map tiles and map data: OpenFreeMap. Your browser loads the map and the data for your model from it, so it receives your IP address and the map area you look at. Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors.
- Search: Geoapify. What you type in the search box goes only to Geoapify, to find the place. Geoapify keeps each request, including the text and your IP address, for up to 24 hours to count usage, on servers in the EU. We never store or log it.
- Visit counts: GoatCounter. We count visits and which steps people use, such as making a preview or placing an order. It receives the page name, the website you came from, campaign tags and your screen size, and works out your country from your IP address. It never receives your searches, the places you design or anything you type. GoatCounter doesn't store IP addresses; it keeps them in memory for up to 8 hours so the same visit isn't counted twice. It is run from Ireland, with servers in Finland and Germany.
Why
We use this data to run the site, keep it secure, answer your searches and see which pages help, without identifying you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in doing so (GDPR, Article 6(1)(f)).
Orders
Orders aren't open yet. The checkout is a demo and collects no personal details. When orders open, our payment provider will collect your payment and delivery details, and this page will name it first.
If you email us, we use your address and message only to answer you. We delete them once they're no longer needed, unless tax law requires us to keep order records.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, and ask us to correct or delete it, limit how we use it, or object to its use. We store almost nothing about you, but write to us and we'll answer within a month. You can also complain to the Croatian data protection authority, AZOP, atazop.hr, or to the authority in your country.
