Orders aren't open yet: the checkout is a demo and nobody is charged. These terms apply once orders open.

Who you're buying from

What you're buying

A 3D model of the area you chose, printed to order and framed. The preview on this site shows how it will look. The printed model can differ slightly in color, and tiny details are simplified so they print cleanly. Building heights are estimated where the map doesn't have them.

Prices and payment

Prices are in euros and include VAT and shipping within the EU. You pay by card when you order, through our payment provider.

Your order

After you order, we confirm it by email; that's when our contract is made. You can change or cancel your order within 24 hours of ordering by emailing us.

Delivery

We ship to all 27 EU countries. Ships within 3 business days. Tracked delivery then takes about 1–3 business days within Croatia and 3–7 business days to other EU countries.

Returns and faulty items

Each model is made to your design, so the EU's 14-day right to cancel doesn't apply and it can't be returned because you changed your mind. If it arrives damaged or faulty, email us a photo within 14 days and we'll reprint it or refund you. Your legal rights for faulty goods stay the same.

Map data

Each model is made from OpenStreetMap data, © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database License. The map can be incomplete or out of date where you look; we make the model from the map as it is on the day we print.

Law and disputes

These terms follow Croatian law. If you live in another EU country, you keep the consumer protection its law gives you. If something goes wrong, write to us first, and we'll do our best to put it right.
